Here's some sad news for male fans of Boston Breakers defender Heather Mitts (who once won the coveted title of ESPN.com's "Hottest Female Athlete"). She's off the market, fellas.Mitts revealed to the Boston Globe Thursday that Philadelphia Eagles backup quarterback A.J. Feeley popped the question to her last Christmas.
Here's what Mitts told the paper about Feeley's proposal:
"I was completely surprised," gushed Mitts, who indicated the couple have set a date (Feb. 13, 2010) and location (Cabo San Lucas, Mexico) for their wedding. "I was heading home to Cincinnati that day for the holidays and it was a great early Christmas present."Unlike, say, Anna Kournikova, the WPS star is more than just a pretty face. Mitts has been a member of two gold medal-winning teams at the 2004 and 2008 Olympics. At the University of Florida, Mitts was an All-American and national champion in 1998.
Mitts and the Breakers make their WPS bow this Sunday against FC Gold Pride in Santa Clara, Calif.

Mia and Nomar DEFINITELY deserve mention too because THEY've made it work for the past few years for sure as I'm sure Heather and A.J. would too! I've had the pleasure of meeting both when they came to speak to the children at the aftercare that I work at and Heather is such a beautiful person, very down to earth and approachable. So is AJ. The kids loved talking with them both. Congratulations Heather and AJ, come back to see us again at Heather's old stomping ground at Wissahickon in Philadelphia.
